An internal police investigation into the accidental shooting of a Brazilian woman during a ‘car chase’ in Lisbon last year has concluded that the six agents who released 40 rounds acted in “legitimate defence” due to the dangerous driving of the man at the wheel of the vehicle which they mistakenly believed had been involved in a security heist (click here).
